When an order is ready for dispatch, Ceal will issue a shipping confirmation. For ready-stock orders, tracking information may take up to three (3) working days to become active after the shipping confirmation is sent.

Customers can use the tracking number supplied by Ceal to follow the parcel. A tracking page may temporarily show no new movement while the shipment is travelling between courier facilities.
